We are collecting genealogic information to construct the family tree and to share with relatives, especially the younger generations to help them know more about their roots. Please provide as much information as possible by entering them in the appropriate boxes on following form then click the "Send Info" button at the end of the form. Photos of your family members to illustrate the information and to help us identify each other would also be much welcomed; please forward them to:
