Chuck was born on December 6th in the
Vietnamese astrological year of the

,
and his interests are:
Cooking

Culinary Institute of
America (CIA)
I worked at well-known restaurant in San Antonio Biga
on the Bank. They serve French-Asian cuisines using local ingredients,
such as ostrich and venison.
I prefer to cook versus bake, but everyone seems to
like my Crème Brulee and chocolate cake.
Eventually, I would like to be in food related career,
but not cooking.

This is
my current career. I specialized in marketing to the US ethnic
communities.
Luckily,
I really like watching TV. One of my goal is to be on the Price is
Right. I thought about going on Survivor, but never created video tape
to enter.
My
favorite shows are: Curb your Enthusiasm, Survivor, King of Queens,
Deadwood, Sopranos, Most Reality TV, Sporting Event, Channel 99...
Domino

Generally speaking, I like any sort of competition.
Dominos is good game because it's a venue for me to berate and heckle my
opponents (usually my brothers). |
 | I also
like poker and other gambling games, like most Asians. |

I'm not very good at golf, but managed to beat my
brother, Albert. He has no course management skills. I've been luckily enough to
play on some nice courses: Wingfoot (2006 US Open), Sugarloaf, La
Canteras (Vallero Open) and others. But my younger brother has played at
Pebble, so I'm glad someone in our family has.

I'm very proud of the travel experience I've had, so
pardon me if I am bragging. Here's where I've been:
Paris, France (there's a Paris, TX): One of the
most beautiful city I've ever visited. Tied for my favorite city. People
were so nice. Nothing is more surreal than watching the Simpsons,
voiceover in German, when your in Paris.
Florence, Italy: Great shopping and best gelato
in Italy. A place in San Antonio, TX was a close second.
Rome, Italy: Best combination of history and
modernization.
Venice, Italy: Tourist trap, but my wife
thought they had the best looking guys.
Siena, Italy: We wanted to see the Palio
Horserace. Without it, we got bored in one day.
Ravello, Italy: Our hotel was situated on cliff
overseeing the ocean. I could've dove into the water from my balcony.
Friendly locals.
New Orleans: Tied for my favorite city. Great
food. Great people. Do the airboats during the swamp tour. There's so
much more than Bourbon St.
San Francisco/Big Sur: Beautiful. Would like to
live there if I could afford it.
Dallas/Houston/Austin/San Antonio: One is
hotter than the other. Austin was cool. Very Bohemian.
New York: The city never sleep. Always
something to do. Too many people. And the cabbies are rude. They'll cuss
at you if you don't tip. A..holes!
Miami: Forgettable. Hurricanes, cocaine and
plantains.
Puerto Rico: Old San Juan was cool. There's
gambling. What's not to like...oh yeah, hurricane season.
Las Vegas: If you don't like to gamble, drink,
golf, buy tacky gifts, eat at buffets than there's nothing to do.
